Our policies are meant to be commonsense, easy-to-follow rules that enhance the quality of your stay and help the campground remain welcoming.

Arrivals & DeparturesFull payment required at time of reservation for daily and weekly guests, 1st month required for monthly reservations Check-in Time is 3:00 pm Check-out Time is 11:00 am

PricingPrices are for up to 2 adults. See current rates for additional person charge Monthly payments are due in full on the same day of arrival each month Monthly rates are subject to change for reservations longer than 1 month

Refunds & CancellationsA full refund will be given if daily/weekly reservation is canceled at least 7 days ahead of your arrival date A 50% refund will be given if daily/weekly reservation is canceled less than 7 days ahead of your arrival date A full refund will be given if monthly reservation is canceled at least 14 days ahead of your arrival date A 50% refund will be given if monthly reservation is canceled less than 14 days ahead of your arrival date No refunds on early departures (standard or ongoing reservations) Please give us at least 7 days notice when ending a long term (ongoing) reservation. No fees apply for ending a long term reservation.

General RulesQuiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone We do not guarantee the same site, if you choose to extend. Check with the reservation portal for possible extension options If payment is not received by the close of the 3rd day after due date, power and water will be turned off. Guest will be responsible for $45.00 reactivation fee While on the property, please put all cigarette butts and trash in the proper container Dwell Camp is in no way liable for any loss or damage by fire, wind, theft, accident or any other cause to the personal possessions of guests or their visitors Place garbage in plastic bags, tie, and place in the dumpster No semi-trucks are allowed. Please contact us if you have additional parking needs No boats are allowed. Please contact us if you have additional parking needs We reserve the right to refuse continued residency privileges to “offenders” of park rules Guests are responsible for the actions of their visitors Dwell Camp reserves the right to change the rules without notice

Parking & VehiclesTwo (2) vehicle limit on each site plus your RV All vehicles must be in operational condition Do not allow any vehicles to protrude from RV site into the flow of traffic The speed limit in the park is 10 mph No parking in vacant RV sites No parking in grass (campers or cars)

Rig & Site AppearanceAll RV slips must maintain a clean and tidy appearance Do not hang towels, bathing suits, clothes line and/or clothes outside your RV Space around and under RV shall be kept neat and free from rubbish, trash, and other items. Garbage and refuse shall be promptly taken to the campground dumpster by the guest We reserve the right to refuse service to any rig based upon its appearance and/or condition It is mandatory that your sewer and/or gray water hose have a sewer connection (sewer collar/donut) attached to prevent sewer gasses from escaping No open flames or fire pits (small personal BBQ grills are allowed) Outdoor items should be neat and orderly No tires, 55-gallon drums, generators, refrigerators, freezers, coolers and other storage containers are allowed on your site. Storage containers under rig are allowed if maintained in neat appearance RV skirting is allowed as long as it matches the RV (no bare plywood, tarps, or colors that are not similar to RV. Black is allowed) Keep all cords, cables and hoses coiled and bundled No light duty extension cords allowed Holiday decorations must be removed within two (2) weeks of holiday No tarps Sites who are not keeping these standards will be subject to a $20/week fine

Pet RulesAll pets to be on a leash in owner’s hand at all times while walking in the park Clean up after your pet Pets are not allowed in the buildings Pets must not dig holes or otherwise create an unsightly appearance on the campground or RV pad Pets are not to be left unattended outside the RV Constant or frequent barking will result in you being asked to leave No dangerous breeds allowed in the park such as pit bulls, shepherds, Dobermanns, etc., that could harm someone or their pet Limit two (2) pets per lot

ElectricityElectricity is free for daily and weekly stays Monthly guests will pay for their electricity usage at the current market rate. Your payment method on file will be charged automatically. You will receive a notification of upcoming and successful payments.

Late Payments$10.00 daily late fee may be applied beginning the day after due date and will continue until full payment is received Monthly reservations that are over 7 days late on payment will lose access to electricity and be subject to eviction Monthly reservations that pay weekly or twice a month will be charged a $15 convenience fee. There is no fee when paying in full monthly Monthly reservations that pay with cash or check may be charged a $15 convenience fee
